CECED Hungary has been invited to Sustainable Energy Week
Following a paper given in Salzburg,
which had aroused great interest, CECED Hungary Society was invited to
another famous EU environmental protection event to provide information
about the success and results of and future plans for the Spinning
Grumbler National Energy Efficiency Program.
The
one-week program series was a key event within the EU Sustainable
Energy Campaign; the 90 participants in this event exchanged views on
sustainable energy with each other and other professional persons from
January 26 to February 2, 2008. As in 2007, the events of the week
included a CECED conference held on the morning of the third day to
present the efforts made, challenges faced and success achieved last
year by the household equipment sector in the area of energy
efficiency. At this conference, Fanni Mészáros delivered a paper
introducing the past, present and future of CECED Hungary, and the
success of the Spinning Grumbler Campaign.
